The data you give us through the contact form, by phone, WhatsApp or email: name, phone, email, type of property, area and the content of your message.

3. What we use it for

• Replying to your request for information or a quote.
• If you become a client, managing the service and invoicing.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your consent, nor do we make automated decisions with it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form or contact us and, where applicable, the performance of the service contract and compliance with our legal obligations (for example, tax obligations).

5. How long we keep it

Requests that do not become a contract are kept for a maximum of one year. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law.

6. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf with appropriate safeguards: web hosting and email (Hostinger) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics.
