Nueva Andalucía is an area of villas and urbanisations with gardens, pools and inner paths. These are large spaces that need a fixed routine and people who know every corner, from the marble floors to the terraces.
In villas we work with resident owners and with those who come for part of the year, keeping the house ready for their arrival. In urbanisations we take care of entrance halls, pools and common areas, and coordinate with the property manager.

Yes. In large villas we work as a team, with a plan by floors and areas so every visit is complete.
Do you take care of terraces and the pool area?
Yes, terraces, porches and outdoor furniture are part of the service. We don't carry out technical pool maintenance.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We can invoice the manager and let them know directly about anything we notice in the house.
