A well-kept community shows as soon as you walk in, and it shows in the value of every home. We look after entrance halls, stairs, lifts and garages on a fixed schedule, with staff who know the building, its routines and its residents.
We work with community presidents and property managers. Each month they receive a single invoice detailing the services and, if needed, a work report with what has been done and any issues we've spotted, such as a blown bulb or a door that doesn't close.

Yes. We can invoice the community through the property manager and send them the monthly work report.
Do you also clean the garage and the pool area?
Yes. The garage is usually included less often than the entrance hall, and the pool and outdoor areas get extra attention in season.
What happens if the regular cleaner is ill?
We provide cover so the community is never left without service. The supervisor briefs the replacement on the building and the checklist first.
Does it need approval at the community meeting?
Usually yes. We prepare a clear written quote so the president or property manager can present it to the owners.
How much does community cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of floors, entrances, lifts and the frequency. After visiting the building we give you a fixed monthly price.
