We look after the common areas of urbanisations on a fixed schedule, stepped up in summer, and take care of villas and apartments for residents and for owners who come for part of the year.

Can you look after the house while I'm away?
Yes. We visit the house as often as we agree, air it, dust it and get it ready for your arrival.
Do you clean the urbanisation pool area?
Yes, the pool surround, showers and furniture. We don't treat the pool water.
